Experts say the app could undermine users' Internet privacy. All messages are encrypted according to WhatsApp rules & regulations. However, it is impossible for others to read these encrypted messages. WAMR is the ability to store the messages you chat about on its own company's servers, leaving your data in the hands of others.

According to cybersecurity experts at the International Institute of Cybersecurity (IICS), this app may be problematic as it requires different settings permissions. Users have been told that allowing gallery, network, and notification settings could lead to data leakage risk.
